Orders

By placing an order, you accept the general terms and conditions and confirm that you are residing in Switzerland. After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation by email within a few minutes, provided the email address has been entered correctly.

Delivery and Service

Deliveries are limited exclusively to Switzerland. Our product range is subject to constant change. Therefore, we do not guarantee the permanent and complete availability of the range and offers depicted on www.nycha.ch. If possible, we will inform you of the anticipated availability of the product. Delivery generally takes place within one week via a parcel delivery service or Swiss Post. Please refer to shipping costs under "Shipping Costs". No shipping costs will be charged for collection.

PostPac Priority: Enjoy nÿcha kombucha with reduced shipping costs — we cover half the cost, with an additional charge of CHF 4 for priority shipping. Empowering your healthy lifestyle means the world to us.

Return Policy

NYCHA AG guarantees a 14-day return policy after receipt of the goods. This applies to all items that have not been opened or damaged by the customer. The purchase contract becomes effective only after the 14-day return period has expired (purchase on approval). To meet the deadline, it is sufficient to send the item in time (postmark) to:

Prices

All prices are in Swiss francs. The statutory VAT is included in all articles. Promotions, discounts, and other benefits are not cumulative. Errors, price changes, vintage changes, and delivery options are reserved.

Payment

For new customers, we reserve the right to request advance payment.

Advance Payments: We will send you the invoice. As soon as payment is received, the ordered goods will be delivered immediately. Private customers can also pay with Visa, Mastercard, or Postcard. If the outstanding invoice is not paid, the total amount of the invoice and billing amounts may be handed over to third parties for collection purposes.

Retention of Title: Until full payment is received, the goods remain the property of NYCHA AG.

Data Protection

All personal data will be treated confidentially. The necessary data for business processing will be stored and, if necessary, passed on to affiliated companies in the context of order processing. Address data may also be used for advertising purposes, and you can object to this use at any time.
