Kombucha (Darjeeling green tea infusion, microorganisms, cane sugar), freshly squeezed ginger juice (2%), apple juice. — All agricultural ingredients are organically grown and fair trade (bio.inspecta, CH-BIO-006). Gluten-free. Pasteurised.

    Ginger takes the lead in this bold kombucha. We get our ginger from organic farms in Peru to make sure we get the highest quality and the freshest kick. This blend gives you spicy, hot notes from the ginger juice that ignite your taste buds and add a fiery twist to your refreshing drink.

    To mellow the spicy punch of the ginger, we add a blend of juice from various Swiss apples. This organic apple juice doesn’t just highlight the ginger, but also introduces a layer of sweetness and depth. It’s the perfect touch that makes our ginger kombucha refreshing, balanced, and full of flavor.

  • Darjeeling Grüntee

    We use carefully selected tea from the Darjeeling region, a region nestled between Bhutan and Nepal in the Himalayas. The Darjeeling green tea from Teekampagne forms the valuable basis for our Kombucha and is responsible for its unique flavour.
