    We’re getting hints of peach, ginger, and honey. How ‘bout you? Kombucha’s got a light sparkle that gives it a fun little tingle on the tongue. Its fermentation process gives it a unique flavor profile: sweet, tangy, and slightly spicy, which could remind you of apple cider vinegar or a dry cider.

    Natural fermentation lasting 6-8 weeks gives each season’s batch a unique character, akin to vintages from a vineyard. Kombucha’s changing taste is tightly linked with nature’s ever-changing fluctuations of microorganisms in the air, temperature, humidity and water composition.

  • Darjeeling Grüntee

    We use carefully selected tea from the Darjeeling region, a region nestled between Bhutan and Nepal in the Himalayas. The Darjeeling green tea from Teekampagne forms the valuable basis for our Kombucha and is responsible for its unique flavour.

    The secret of the Kombucha creation: the Kombucha culture. This living, symbiotic colony of bacteria and yeast is at the heart of the fermentation process and transforms tea into a naturally sparkling and delicious drink.
