Kombucha (Darjeeling green tea infusion, microorganisms, cane sugar), quince juice (5%), pear juice, lime blossom infusion. — All agricultural ingredients are organically grown and fair trade (bio.inspecta, CH-BIO-006). Gluten-free. Pasteurised.

  • quince

    Quince is an often overlooked fruit, despite its intense, fragrant aroma and tart flavor. Rich in vitamin C, copper, and iron, quince also has a ton of beneficial essential oils. Its unique qualities bring a distinct and aromatic depth to our kombucha.

  • pear

    Our kombucha also gets a really nice twist from Swiss-grown pears, delivering a dynamic range of flavours — from sweet and sour to a hint of spice. The juice from these classic Swiss varieties perfectly complements the sweeter quince, to create an amazing kombucha experience.

  • Darjeeling Grüntee

    We use carefully selected tea from the Darjeeling region, a region nestled between Bhutan and Nepal in the Himalayas. The Darjeeling green tea from Teekampagne forms the valuable basis for our Kombucha and is responsible for its unique flavour.

    The secret of the Kombucha creation: the Kombucha culture. This living, symbiotic colony of bacteria and yeast is at the heart of the fermentation process and transforms tea into a naturally sparkling and delicious drink.
